Wendy's miniatures has the right at all times to refuse an order if, for example, typing errors occur in the prices displayed (provided that these are logically recognizable as such).

Wendy's miniatures also reserves the right to refuse deliveries to customers who have not previously followed the normal rules of conduct. These customers will receive notice that they are excluded from our services.
